Welcome to Toot Sweet Pastry Shoppe, a place for
all to indulge their sweet tooth! Offering patrons a place to experience a taste of French culture right here in New
Hampshire. The name Toot Sweet is a play on the French, Toute Suite, which literally translates to "in a hurry."
We selected the name toot to recognize the building's original use - as a train signal station - and sweet for its delicious
pastries. We
are proud to be featuring Parisian Macarons as our signature item. Macarons, a French specialty, are chewy, crunchy, colorful
almond cookies sandwiched together with either buttercream or ganache. We offer them in a rainbow of colors and flavors such
as Lemon, Pistachio, Raspberry, Coffee, Chocolate and flavors that change with the seasons, like Pumpkin Spice, Peppermint
and Mango. In
addition to our signature item, macarons, the pastry case is filled with éclairs, tartlets and mini-cakes which are
baked daily. Toot Sweet’s approach is based on keeping the integrity and appreciation of fresh ingredients, with the
use of local ingredients whenever possible.
